At BodyandBien, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

• It must be in resalable condition with all tags or seals intact.

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).

To start a return, please email us at bodyandbien@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used wellness/personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

• Digital products or downloads

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Customized or personalized products

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).

📮 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
